Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Internal Audit to join a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead technology internal audit efforts that strengthen financial compliance, risk management, and control effectiveness across a fast-moving technology environment.

You will partner with senior leaders, engineering stakeholders, and external auditors to assess risks, improve internal controls, and support scalable growth using data analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in internal audit or related roles.
• 4 years of experience with financial reporting systems and tools.
• 4 years of experience with GAAP and GAAS standards.
• 4 years of experience evaluating risks and controls in technology environments.
• 4 years of experience with IT general controls and automated financial controls.
• 4 years of experience using data analytics and automation tools like SQL or Python.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of risks and internal controls for financial compliance.
• Advise on improvements in engineering and technology systems to support growth.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies using data analytics and automation.
• Oversee internal audit team strategies and evaluate performance metrics.
• Collaborate with senior management to share audit findings with external auditors.
• Create reports and dashboards to present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
