RTX Internal Audit is seeking an experienced Analyst to join the Corporate Internal Audit Team. The role focuses on risk-based audits, ITAR/EAR compliance, and data-driven analysis across global processes. You will contribute to improving controls, interpreting regulatory requirements, and delivering actionable recommendations.

The position offers training, development, and opportunities for career growth within a large aerospace and defense organization. Travel up to 30% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires university degree in Finance or Accounting with 8+ years in audit, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience with ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsabilités

• Participate in risk-based audits on assigned engagements.
• Manage projects or processes and coach/review staff work.
• Assess risks of key business processes and draft audit plans and programs.
• Create process maps of financial, business, and operational processes to identify internal control weaknesses.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present conclusions to senior management.
• Engage in continuous self-improvement incl. adding technical skills.
• Analyze data streams and perform continuous auditing to detect anomalies.
• Explain policies and procedures to stakeholders and support risk discussions with customers and internal teams.
