Ladders is seeking a Global Trade, Internal Audit Manager to lead risk-based internal audit work focused on global trade compliance and control effectiveness across key business processes. Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting with 8 years of audit experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ITAR/EAR compliance
• Strong understanding of U.S. export control regulations
• Experience in global trade audits and continuous risk monitoring
• Knowledge of CBP, OFAC, and ATF regulations is a plus

• Create process maps to identify internal control weaknesses
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports

For our client, we are seeking a Global Trade, Internal Audit Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.
This role will lead risk-based internal audit work focused on global trade compliance and control effectiveness across key business processes. The manager will partner with senior leaders to evaluate regulatory risks, strengthen internal controls, and deliver clear recommendations that support sound governance in a highly regulated environment. The position also includes mentoring team members, presenting findings to management, and using data-driven insights to improve audit outcomes.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $107,500 - $204,500 annually
