Job summary

Direct Travel seeks a Global Technology PMO Leader to build and scale a value-driven Portfolio Management Office spanning Travel Operations, Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Services. You will standardize intake, prioritization, funding, governance, delivery, and measurement while leading a global team of program managers and Atlassian analysts.

This executive role reports to the SVP of ITES and CIO, driving real-time portfolio insights through automated dashboards and AI-powered

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology program, portfolio, or project management.
• 6+ years leading a PMO or portfolio function and managing managers or other leaders.
• Experience with Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) as a portfolio management and reporting system.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across global teams and time zones.
• Experience applying AI and automation to PMO workflows and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Global Technology PMO operating model across domains (Operations, Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Services).
• Lead technology intake and portfolio prioritization aligning investment to value drivers.
• Establish governance cadences, stage gates, and delivery artifacts across lifecycle stages.
• Own executive technology portfolio reporting and automated dashboards from systems of record.
• Direct Atlassian Portfolio architecture with PMO standards in tools.
