This hands-on leader will manage end-to-end delivery, budgets, resources, risks, and governance, while engaging executives and stakeholders to ensure success.

The role is Contract-to-Hire, fully remote in the United States, with a transition plan to an IT Portfolio Manager role after program completion. U.S.

GlobalSource IT has a direct client that is seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives focused on enterprise applications, data, analytics, and AI. This hands-on leadership role will oversee end-to-end program delivery, including budgets, resource planning, cross-functional dependencies, risk management, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement. In parallel with program execution, the individual will establish the governance, planning, and reporting foundations for a transition into an IT Portfolio Manager role following program completion. In the portfolio role, they will align technology investments with business strategy, prioritize initiatives, balance resources and funding, and measure business value across application modernization, data, analytics, and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong program delivery experience with executive presence, financial acumen, and the strategic perspective to evolve from managing individual initiatives to guiding a broader technology portfolio.
