Job summary

WME is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and mature program delivery across the global IT organization. This role will oversee cross-functional programs spanning Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Workplace Technology, partnering with IT leadership to mature the IT PMO.

Based in Beverly Hills, CA, the position calls for decisive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project management focusing on infrastructure and enterprise technology.
• Experience with business analysis including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology programs spanning Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace Technology.
• Translate priorities into structured programs with milestones and metrics.
• Coordinate planning and execution across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Drive program planning activities including kickoff, roadmap, milestones, and reviews.
• Provide program updates to technology leadership and executives.
• Manage vendors, budgets, and external service providers to align with objectives.
• Develop and mature the IT PMO and delivery standards.
