Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our global Support Engineering team. You will handle front-line troubleshooting, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and help customers across EMEA and the Americas with ClickHouse and Langfuse integrations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with databases/OLAP, cloud platforms, and LLM observability tooling. This role offers remote work in a globally distributed company with flexible time-off and healthcare

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with databases/OLAP or distributed systems.
• Strong fundamentals in CS or related field with data pipelines experience.
• Comfort working in a remote-first, worldwide team with SLA coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline troubleshooting for ClickHouse and Langfuse users.
• Develop solutions for ClickHouse Cloud and open-source to share with users and teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, and Product to define required functionality.
