Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management.
• At least 3 years in Technology Category sourcing.
• Experience sourcing technology products/services: SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, cloud hosting, and hardware.
• Experience managing procurement activities for contracts under $100K.
• Strong RFP/RFI processes understanding and sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation of terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage technology sourcing initiatives for contracts under $100K.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost savings.
• Analyze market trends and procurement risks.
• Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Governance teams to ensure compliance.
• Support supplier performance management and issue resolution.
