Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Technology Category Advisor in the USA (Virginia) to lead end-to-end procurement across assigned categories. You will drive sourcing strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and partner with executives to align category plans with strategic priorities.

Ideal candidates have 7–9 years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with multi-year global contracts. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPM/CPSM preferred.
• 7–9 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or related procurement role.
• Experience leading multi-year and global contracts worth over $1,000,000.
• Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex sourcing strategies to meet internal stakeholders long term objectives.
• Negotiate and manage RFPs, RFIs, and supplier contracts across assigned categories.
• Evaluate bids for lowest total cost of ownership in coordination with engagement owner and risk domain owners.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape category strategies, present business cases and influence key stakeholders.
• Deliver year over year hard savings while coordinating with internal teams to meet business goals.
