Job summary

Devop.One is seeking a highly skilled Recruiter for a 100% remote, worldwide role. You will collaborate with clients to define hiring objectives, design tailored interview processes, and source top talent using social media and databases.

You will screen candidates, present profiles, and guide negotiations to successful offers, while building lasting relationships with clients and promoting the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency).
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to further development, change management in the company.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
