Job summary

International Recruiting LLC is seeking a proactive Recruiter to build and maintain candidate pipelines for Semiconductor, AI, and Biotech roles. You will map talent pools, engage passive candidates, and screen via CV reviews and virtual interviews.

The role requires coordinating interviews and delivering market insights to clients. The position offers fully remote work, a competitive salary with commissions, and opportunities for long-term partnerships with North American and APAC clients.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience in Semiconductor, AI and Biotech industries.
• Knowledge of North American and APAC recruitment markets.

Job description

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other online channels, building strong pipelines for current and future roles.
• Map target companies and talent pools for key positions.
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach and follow‑up, turning passive talent into active pipelines.
• Screen candidates via CV review and virtual interviews, assessing skills, motivation, and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and keep all activities updated in ATS/CRM tools.
• Share basic market and talent insights (e.g., trends, compensation ranges, talent availability) with the team and clients.

Requirements:

• EE/ECE、Materials、Mechanical、Industrial/Manufacturing and other Semiconductor related degrees are strongly preferred
• Prior recruiting experience (role scoping, client communication, candidate sourcing/recommendation, full process follow‑up) is preferredFamiliar with talent and hiring needs in Semiconductor, AI and Biotech industries
• Good understanding of North American and APAC recruitment markets
• Highly proactive, target‑driven, comfortable working in a results‑oriented environment
