Parexel seeks a Global Supply Sourcing Coordinator to join our team working remotely. You will provide tactical sourcing solutions for depots, investigational medicinal products, couriers, and ancillary supplies to enable compliant product availability for clinical studies.

You will analyze requirements, advise internal customers, and coordinate sourcing activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that supports study execution with high quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biology, pharmacy, or related field.
• Operational understanding of clinical studies, supply chain activities, sourcing and contracting principles.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, Good Distribution Practice, and Good Practice requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing study needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain close working relationships with internal and external customers; provide sourcing advice at all levels.
• Monitor quality, pricing accuracy, purchase requests, approvals and purchase orders.
• Conduct commodity research, regulatory requirements, supplier selection, and RFIs/RFPs.
• Ensure products meet local requirements and are obtained at budgeted prices.
• Coordinate return of rental equipment and medical devices.
• Own and action sourcing help desk tickets; create and execute Statements of Work.
• Anticipate sourcing challenges and work with suppliers to identify compliant alternatives.
• Obtain required supplier and manufacturer documentation for import/export activities.
• Address third-party quality issues and manage risk mitigation through resolution.
• Assist internal customers with sourcing questions and mentor junior team members.
