Parexel is hiring a Global Supply Sourcing Coordinator to join our remote team. You will provide tactical sourcing for depots, investigational medicinal products, couriers, and ancillary supplies, analyzing complex study requirements and coordinating sourcing activities to ensure compliant products are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in biology, pharmacy, health-related field, international trade, business administration, or logistics, or relevant work experience.
• Operational understanding of clinical studies, supply chain activities, sourcing and contracting principles.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, Good Distribution Practice, and Good Practice requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work with tight timelines and significant urgency while maintaining attention to detail and first-time quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close working relationships with internal and external customers and provide professional sourcing advice at all levels.
• Monitor quality, pricing accuracy, purchase requests, approvals, and purchase orders.
• Conduct commodity research, regulatory requirements, supplier selection, and RFQ/RFP processes.
• Ensure products and services meet local requirements and budgeted prices.
• Coordinate the return of rental equipment and medical devices.
• Own and action sourcing help desk tickets and complete on-demand sourcing activities.
