Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the Clinical Trial Supplies & Logistics team in a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, with preference near Quakertown, PA. The role oversees packaging, labeling, production planning, and batch documentation, ensuring GMP compliance and on-time delivery for global clinical trials.

You will guide cross-functional teams across NA, Europe, Asia, and LATAM, shaping team strategy and driving operational excellence within a growing global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a life sciences or related field.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, or regulated environments.
• Strong GMP knowledge and experience with packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop Production Services team members.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, and escalate complex supply chain issues.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance, and internal SOP adherence.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation for project risks and timelines.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to operational excellence, process improvements, and lean initiatives.
• Support business growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
