Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Global Supply Sourcing Coordinator to join our team working remotely from the United States. The role involves tactical sourcing for depots, investigational products, couriers, and ancillary supplies, ensuring compliant and timely availability for clinical studies.

You will analyze complex study requirements, advise internal customers, and coordinate sourcing activities across supplier relationships, contracting, problem resolution, and supply planning in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biology, pharmacy, health discipline, international trade, business or logistics

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and provide sourcing advice at all levels
• Monitor quality, pricing accuracy, purchase requests, approvals and purchase orders
• Conduct commodity research, regulatory requirements, supplier selection, and RFI/RFP processes
• Ensure products and services meet budgeted prices and local regulatory requirements
• Coordinate return of rental equipment and medical devices
• Own and action sourcing tickets, create and execute Statements of Work and on-demand sourcing
• Anticipate sourcing challenges and coordinate with suppliers for compliant alternatives
• Obtain supplier/manufacturer documentation for import/export
• Address quality issues with third-party suppliers and mitigate risk
• Assist internal customers with sourcing questions and mentor junior team members
