Job summary

Parexel in the United States (remote) is seeking a Global Supply Sourcing Coordinator to support depots, investigational products, couriers, and ancillary supplies across global studies.

You will analyze requirements, advise internal customers, coordinate sourcing activities, and build supplier relationships to ensure compliant products and timely study execution while maintaining quality and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, pharmacy or related field, or relevant work experience.
• Operational understanding of clinical studies and supply chain activities.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize under tight timelines and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain close relationships with internal and external customers and provide sourcing advice at all levels.
• Monitor quality, pricing accuracy, and purchase orders.
• Conduct commodity research, supplier selection, and RFIs/RFPs.
• Ensure products and services meet local regulatory requirements & budget.
• Coordinate return of rental equipment and medical devices.
• Own sourcing tickets, create and execute statements of work, and support study needs.
• Anticipate challenges and mitigate risk with suppliers.
