Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services (Clinical Trial Supply Chain/Logistics) to lead a global CTS&L team from a remote U.S./PA-based capacity, near Quakertown. You will guide packaging, labeling, production planning, and batch documentation while ensuring GMP compliance and on-time delivery across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 6–10+ years in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, or related regulated environment.
• Strong GMP knowledge and experience in clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Production Services team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor progress, set priorities, and escalate complex supply chain challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance, and departmental procedures are followed.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation planning for project risks and timelines.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical supply chain stakeholders for successful execution.
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean management initiatives.
• Support growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
