Job summary

RevBio, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to lead and optimize clinical operations across multiple indications and regions, including the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom.

You will oversee study planning, startup, enrollment, conduct, and closeout while ensuring compliance and timely delivery. You will build strategic relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, hospital admins, and research partners, coordinate with CROs and internal teams, and drive study quality,

Qualifications

• The candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• The role requires 5–8 years in clinical research or medical device/pharma trials.
• Experience managing studies across sites, indications, or regions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, oversight of clinical studies across indications and regions.
• Oversee site activation, enrollment progress, conduct, and closeout per protocol and timelines.
• Train sites on protocols, investigational product use, and instructions for use.
• Manage data collection, monitoring, and issue escalation to ensure quality.
• Prepare adverse event narratives and collaboration with oversight committees.
