Job summary

Vita Global Sciences, a Kelly Company, is seeking a Sr. Study Manager to work remotely in the US (EST hours) for a long-term engagement. This full-time position involves leading operational activities for clinical trials, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining quality control.

The ideal candidate must have over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical field, with at least 2 years in lead roles. Excellent communication and project management skills, along with a relevant degree, are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or clinical drug development.
• Minimum 2 years as a lead Study Manager in phase I-IV trials.
• Proficient in project management and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational activities for trial execution and deliverables.
• Manage all HQ activities, including clinical trial team interactions.
• Ensure operational details and quality control are maintained.
