Job summary

Charles River Laboratories is seeking a skilled Project Manager to provide high-level coordination for clinical studies across Safety Assessment sites. You will serve as the central point of contact between site Operations, Scientific teams, and Sponsors, ensuring timely deliverables and clear communication.

The role requires 5+ years in GLP/GCP environments, strong communication, and experience managing timelines, with opportunities to contribute to global initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A) or equivalent in biology, chemistry/pharmacy, or similar lab environment.
• Minimum of 5 years GLP or GCP laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting; lab operations or client management experience preferred.
• Certification/Licensure: Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individual study timelines and milestones with study team members.
• Support development and review of study proposals / SOWs to align with Sponsor requirements.
• Review Sponsor provided study documents for scope of work and ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with site Operations/Scientist for scheduling updates and timeline requirements.
• Lead routine and ad hoc project update meetings and status reports.
