GE Vernova is seeking a Workforce Planning and Operations Manager for our Power Conversion and Storage business. You will lead staffing, mobility, and compliance for multi-billion dollar datacenter projects, coordinating with HR, legal, and site leadership to ensure timely staffing, visa/work permit compliance, and wage reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in resource/project operations or global mobility, and up to 10% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in business, HR, commerce or related field.
• 7+ years in resource management, project operations, or global mobility.
• Knowledge of international immigration laws and cross-border workforce management.
• Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and navigate matrix organizations.
• Experience with mega-projects ($500M+) and global logistics.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Staffing and recruitment ramp-up strategy aligned with large-scale datacenter, construction and commissioning timelines.
• Oversee international labor mobility and immigration compliance for global teams; liaise with immigration counsel and sites.
• Oversee prevailing wage compliance and apprenticeship utilization; manage labor classifications, hours, and wage reporting.
