Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a high-impact Program Director to lead end-to-end execution of flagship Datacenter projects across North America (Canada & US). You will own profitability for a $1.6B–$3.5B portfolio, leading a team of project managers and delivery professionals to achieve scope, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in large, multi-regional programs with multi-year budgets and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership managing complex projects, programs, or business segments in a comparably sized organization.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year, multi-regional projects with large-scale budgets ($1B+).
• Deep understanding of professional project management methodologies and best practices for delivering major turnkey projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale datacenter projects across North America (Canada & US).
• Own the program budget, drive cost control, and optimize profitability.
• Interface with hyperscalers and key developers, manage governance, and align stakeholders.
• Oversee all technical and operational work packages to meet GE Vernova standards.
• Coordinate a multi-country supply chain and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Influence future datacenter orders and scale PCS capabilities across regions.
• Recruit and lead a high-performing team of Project Managers and support functions.
