Form3 is seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to shape the sponsor bank enablement strategy and build strategic relationships with banks and payment providers. The role sits within the Commercial function and collaborates with Product and Engineering to translate complex requirements into scalable platform capabilities.

The candidate will own market-entry playbooks, onboarding frameworks and KPIs to drive growth across multiple US markets.

Responsabilidades

Own and shape Form3's sponsor bank enablement strategy for expansion across markets.
Build and manage strategic relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers.
Develop scalable sponsor bank onboarding frameworks and market-entry playbooks.
Structure and commercialise network partnership opportunities balancing commercial, regulatory, and operational needs.
Translate complex payment infra, scheme and sponsor bank requirements into clear product direction.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Architecture to influence platform capabilities for sponsor-bank enablement.
Analyze payment flows, clearing, settlement, liquidity and operational requirements to identify improvements.
Support market assessments, business cases and commercial propositions for new-market opportunities.
Establish KPIs to measure partnership success, market readiness and product adoption.
Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Customer Success to deliver value.
