Job summary

Form3 is hiring an experienced Partnership Manager to shape our global sponsor bank enablement strategy and manage relationships with banks and payment infrastructure providers. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex requirements into scalable platform capabilities, guiding market-entry playbooks and onboarding frameworks.

The role is 100% remote in the US, with potential for part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions or payment providers.
• Ability to translate complex payment infrastructure into practical product directions.
• Strong commercial judgement and go-to-market ability.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape sponsor bank enablement strategy to support expansion across markets.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers.
• Develop scalable onboarding frameworks and market-entry playbooks for sponsor banks.
• Structure and commercialize network partnership opportunities balancing commercial and regulatory needs.
• Translate complex payment and regulatory requirements into clear product direction.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Architecture to influence platform capabilities.
• Analyze payment flows, liquidity and settlement needs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support market assessments, business cases and commercial propositions for new markets.
• Establish KPIs to measure partnership success, market readiness and product adoption.
