Job summary

Form3 is building the future of payments. We’re seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to shape our sponsor bank enablement strategy and manage relationships with major financial institutions, enabling expansion into new markets.

In this globally focused, commercially oriented role, you’ll work with Product and Engineering to translate complex payment infrastructure into scalable platform capabilities, define onboarding models, and establish KPIs to drive growth across the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex strategic partnerships with banks or payment providers.
• Translate complex payment, operational and regulatory requirements into product direction.
• Strong commercial judgement with experience supporting business cases or GTM propositions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across banking, commercial, technical and operations audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape sponsor bank enablement strategy for existing and new markets.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with sponsor banks and financial institutions.
• Develop scalable onboarding models, engagement playbooks and market-entry processes.
• Structure and commercialise network partnership opportunities with regulatory considerations.
• Translate payment infrastructure requirements into clear product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Architecture to influence platform capabilities.
• Analyze payment flows, settlement, liquidity and operational needs for improvements.
• Support market assessments, business cases and commercial propositions.
• Establish KPIs to measure partnership success and product adoption.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Customer Success.
