Job summary

Form3 is a cloud-native payments platform operating with a remote-first model. We seek a commercially focused leader to own sponsor bank enablement strategy, driving expansion across markets and developing scalable engagement and onboarding playbooks for major banks and payment providers.

This role emphasizes strategic ownership, stakeholder influence across senior banking and commercial audiences, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships with banks or payment providers.
• Strong commercial judgement with experience in business cases or GTM propositions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across banking, commercial, technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape Form3's sponsor bank enablement strategy, supporting expansion across existing and new markets.
• Develop scalable sponsor bank engagement models, onboarding frameworks and market-entry playbooks.
• Analyse payment flows, clearing, settlement, liquidity and operational requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Sitting within our Commercial function, you'll operate at a strategic level, developing relationships with major financial institutions.
• You'll help translate complex payment infrastructure requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• This is a commercially focused role with significant strategic ownership.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Own and shape Form3's sponsor bank enablement strategy, supporting expansion across existing and new markets.
• Develop scalable sponsor bank engagement models, onboarding frameworks and market-entry playbooks.
• Analyse payment flows, clearing, settlement, liquidity and operational requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience developing and managing complex strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions or payment providers.
• Strong commercial judgement, with experience supporting business cases, partnership models or go-to-market propositions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working across senior banking, commercial, technical and operational audiences.
