Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience and creating client-facing presentations.
• Payments industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Client Leadership: establish and deepen executive relationships and drive high-level strategy with clients.
• Product: ensure implementation of network products and services to enable ubiquitous downstream acceptance.
• Operational Excellence: implement initiatives, ensure compliance with change release processes and business practices.
• Marketing: execute joint marketing initiatives to improve enabler and merchant awareness and transactions.
• Data Analysis: analyze enabler performance, industry trends, and transaction metrics; translate data into client roadmaps.
• Risk & Leadership: manage risk and provide coaching to team members.
• Client Facing: travel up to 25% domestically and globally for meetings.
