Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Manager of Global Sourcing Analytics to design dashboards and models that support Global Travel, Global Gaming, and On-Board Media Content. You will lead analytics, drive AI-enabled insights, and ensure dashboard integrity across teams.

The role requires expertise in Power BI, data governance, and collaboration with COE, IT, and Finance to optimize sourcing strategies. In-office in South Florida with some remote work potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s a plus.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint proficiency.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for analytics, reporting, research, summarization, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops targeted dashboards and data visualizations for Global Sourcing.
• Analyzes dashboards, reports, datasets, and trends to inform negotiation strategies and actionable recommendations.
• Lead data analytics and automation projects with COE, IT, and Finance.
• Acts as Power BI subject matter expert and main contact for Power BI questions.
