Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Travel Sourcing to oversee air, hotel, and ground transportation contracts across all brands. You will lead negotiations, supplier management, and cost-optimization strategies to deliver reliable, scalable mobility solutions for guests, crew, and corporate travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in global travel sourcing.
• Proven negotiation and supplier-management expertise across airlines, hotels, and ground operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contract negotiations across air, hotel, ground and GDS partners.
• Collaborate with brand travel teams to forecast demand and align sourcing with brand strategies.
• Build supplier relationships and identify new mobility solutions to improve reliability.
• Ensure compliance with Carnival’s procurement policies and bidding requirements.
• Use Excel and Power BI to analyze spend, supplier performance, and cost-savings opportunities.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and global travel category programs.
