Job summary

Carnival Cruise Lines is seeking a Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, IT to execute IT sub-category sourcing across brands. You will manage renewals, SOWs, and mid-size agreements, coordinate with Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and AI governance, and ensure policy compliance across the portfolio.

You will work with vendors and Carnival IT professionals, contribute to savings targets, and lead cross-brand procurement activities from our Miami hybrid campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Related (Cloud/Cybersecurity/Network/Connectivity) or Finance, Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.
• CPM certification or equivalent desirable (CIPS, CPSM, ITIL or SAM credentials).
• Ability to build and maintain productive supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to build bid comparisons and total-cost models.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events for assigned IT sub-categories and support category strategy and plans.
• Negotiate renewals, SOWs, mid-size SaaS/subscription and cloud agreements; prepare positions and redlines.
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle execution and policy compliance.
• Maintain spend visibility, analytics and reporting for the portfolio; track savings.
• Support supplier performance management and use AI tools in sourcing operations.
