Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, IT, to lead sourcing strategies across Hardware, Software, Telecom, and Professional Services. You will drive enterprise negotiations, manage supplier performance, and ensure compliant, cost‑efficient technology acquisitions.

The role requires collaboration with IT, Legal, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity and Finance to optimize commercial constructs and governance. Hybrid on-site in Miami preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Finance or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• CPM/CIPS/ITIL or SAM credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for IT portfolios.
• Negotiate enterprise terms for SaaS, cloud, and AI engagements.
• Own end-to-end contract lifecycle and policy compliance.
• Deliver in-year savings and cost avoidance; partner with Finance.
• Coach and direct junior sourcing staff and contractors.
