Job summary

HoYoverse is seeking a Global BD professional to lead partnerships with major social platforms. You will identify opportunities, craft joint initiatives, and manage the full lifecycle from pitch to post-launch review.

The role emphasizes collaboration with marketing, community, and product teams to drive gaming IP engagement. You will build relationships with platform stakeholders, stay ahead of platform trends, and help shape strategic alliances with partners like Discord, YouTube, and Twitch.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience at a global social or community platform in a BD, partnerships, or strategic alliances role.
• Strong understanding of platform partnerships, deal structures, and internal decision processes.
• Track record of executing strategic partnerships delivering measurable results.
• Experience with gaming, entertainment, or digital content partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies with global social and community platforms.
• Identify collaboration opportunities from co-marketing, product integrations or creator programs.
• Be the go-to expert on how social platforms work: models, policies, distribution, monetization.
• Own the full deal lifecycle from identifying opportunities to pitch, negotiate, and post-launch review.
• Build and maintain relationships with platform product managers and decision-makers.
• Monitor ecosystem trends and new platforms to spot strategic opportunities for our IPs.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, community, and product teams to align activations with campaigns.
