Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist (Sponsor-Dedicated / Remote US - East Coast Preferred). You will conduct site research, evaluate study requirements, and support feasibility activities to optimize patient enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial operations, or 2+ years in site feasibility, recruitment, or enrollment planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sites that align with study requirements and enrollment goals.
• Support feasibility activities including questionnaire development and deployment, site outreach, and engagement.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot feasibility issues for sponsored or outsourced studies.
• Partner with study teams to ensure data quality within CTMS and support system enhancements.
• Generate metrics and analyses to support site selection and study planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and external partners on enrollment planning.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in site feasibility.
