Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist to join a sponsor-dedicated, fully remote team with a preference for East Coast candidates. You will identify clinical sites, support feasibility, and provide data-driven insights to guide study planning and site selection.

In this remote US role, you will collaborate with development ops, CROs, and study teams, manage feasibility responses, and generate metrics to optimize enrollment and trial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial operations or 2+ years in site feasibility, recruitment, or enrollment planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sites that align with study requirements and enrollment goals.
• Support feasibility activities and develop deployment of feasibility questionnaires.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams and stakeholders.
• Generate metrics, reports, and analyses to support site selection and study planning.
