Syneos Health, Inc. is hiring a Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist (Sponsor-Dedicated / Remote US - East Coast Preferred).

This fully remote position supports global site identification, feasibility assessments, and data-driven site selection in collaboration with Development Operations, CROs, and other stakeholders. You will help forecast enrollment, manage CTMS data quality, and deliver reports to guide study strategy, while working within a sponsor-focused environment that

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial operations and development processes, or 2+ years in site feasibility, recruitment, or enrollment planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site research and evaluate sites that align with study requirements and enrollment goals.
• Support feasibility activities including clinical system setup, questionnaire development, and site outreach.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot feasibility issues for both internal and outsourced studies.
• Generate metrics, reports, and analyses to support site selection and study planning decisions.
