Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Identification & Feasibility Specialist (Remote US - East Coast preferred). You will identify sites, support feasibility activities, and collaborate with internal teams and CROs to optimize enrollment planning.

The role emphasizes data-driven site selection, reporting, and hurdle removal across sponsor-delivered programs. Requirements include a science/healthcare degree and 3+ years in clinical trial operations or feasibility, with strong Excel and CTMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in clinical trial operations or site feasibility/recruitment/enrollment planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sites aligning with study requirements and enrollment goals.
• Support feasibility activities including questionnaire development and site outreach.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and external partners on enrollment planning and forecasting.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in site feasibility and patient recruitment.
