Job summary

Syneos Health in the United States is seeking a Global Site Identification & Feasibility Specialist. This remote, sponsor‑dedicated role (East Coast preferred) drives site identification and feasibility for global trials, closely collaborating with Development Operations teams, study start‑up, and CRO partners to influence enrollment strategy.

Strong data analysis and CTMS experience are essential. You’ll manage feasibility activities, generate metrics, reports, and insights, and stay current on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field or equivalent experience.
3+ years in clinical trial operations or 2+ years in site feasibility/enrollment planning.
Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication and numerical analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate sites that meet study enrollment needs.
Support feasibility activities including questionnaires, site outreach, and data reporting.
Track responses and provide timely insights to study teams and sponsors.
Collaborate with internal teams and CROs to support enrollment planning.
