Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist (Sponsor‑Dedicated) to join our remote US East Coast‑preferred team. You will identify high‑performing sites, support feasibility, and provide data‑driven insights to shape global trial strategy.

Work closely with Development Operations, study start‑up teams, CRO partners, and stakeholders. You’ll manage site selection analytics, CTMS data quality, and enrollment forecasts while collaborating across disciplines to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3+ years in clinical trial operations and development, or 2+ years in site feasibility/recruitment.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight timelines.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis/reporting experience.
• Demonstrated project coordination in sponsor, CRO, or academic settings.

Responsibilities

• Site Identification & Feasibility: research and evaluate sites aligning with study goals.
• Support feasibility activities: clinical system setup, questionnaire deployment, site outreach.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot feasibility issues for both internal and outsourced studies.
• Clinical Systems & Operational Support: ensure accurate data in CTMS; support users with issues.
• Generate metrics and analyses to inform site selection and study planning.
• Strategic Collaboration: work with internal teams, CROs and external partners.
• Assist enrollment forecasting and recruitment scenario planning under senior guidance.
• Stay current on trends and best practices in site feasibility and patient recruitment.
