Ciena Corporation is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to optimize international transportation and logistics for its global Service Logistics network. You will analyze cross-border flows, carrier performance, and cost drivers to deliver actionable recommendations that improve service levels and reduce spend.

You will partner with Global Trade, Finance, and 3PLs to build robust spend visibility, develop cost models, and support network design decisions across multiple regions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a supply chain or analytics-related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, transportation, logistics, or network optimization.
• Strong knowledge of international transportation and cross-border logistics.
• Experience with data analysis to drive cost reductions and service improvements.

Mansioni

• Analyze and optimize international transportation flows across the global Service Supply Chain.
• Evaluate lanes, rates, service levels, and cost drivers to identify savings.
• Develop models comparing centralized vs. distributed fulfillment and stocking.
