Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in progressive B2B software sales roles.
• At least 3 years in a senior global sales leadership role.
• 5+ years as a people manager managing distributed teams.
• Experience guiding SaaS or dual on-premise/SaaS transitions.
• Proven ability to lead both direct and channel/partner sales.
• Strong forecasting and data-driven decision-making.

• Own the global sales function with accountability for revenue targets.
• Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy across geographies.
• Lead outbound and pipeline development, targeting new accounts.
