Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing/sales experience in the life sciences, diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with sequencing products, specifically RNA-Seq library prep.
• Broad experience in the NGS space with multiple product iterations or new product development.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a facilitator and integrator across all stakeholders to ensure library prep solutions are developed and commercially available on-schedule and within budget.
• Drives the systematic commercial development of Roche RNA sample prep products from concept to launch, on-market support and obsolescence.
• Provides on-market product support and guidance to affiliates.
• Collaborates with commercial colleagues to execute global commercialization strategy including positioning, messaging, value proposition, training, and marketing materials.
