GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a Strategic Product Manager for Biotech Reagents. The role focuses on front-end strategy and planning, defining the 3–5 year portfolio by identifying unmet customer needs and emerging technologies.

You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, BD, and Commercial teams to shape a high-impact product portfolio. The position is remote with occasional travel to Piscataway, NJ, and offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific background and industry experience in biotechnology or life sciences.
• Experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles.
• Ability to translate scientific insights into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define what GenScript should build over the next 3–5 years by identifying unmet customer needs.
• Shape long-term product roadmaps aligned with global growth objectives.
• Partner with R&D, Marketing, BD, Commercial, Manufacturing, and QA/RA to translate ideas into programs.
