Responsibilities

• Lead a nationally distributed support team with HR responsibilities including performance management and staffing.
• Coordinate with executive leadership to align regional operations with organizational goals.
• Allocate resources to ensure timely installations, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Develop and execute operational policies and drive process improvements.
• Bridge communication between customers, field staff and design specialists to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain budgets, monitor performance metrics, and oversee manpower utilization.
• Advocate for customer satisfaction and ownership of key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, quality systems, and record-keeping.
