Job summary

Circana is seeking a strategic leader to run global Revenue Operations and Accounting, overseeing billing, cash applications, collections, and revenue reporting worldwide. The role partners with Commercial, Sales, Legal, FP&A, IT, and regional controllership to standardize processes, accelerate cash conversion, and build a scalable revenue operating model while maintaining strong accounting practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Order-to-Cash, or related fields.
• Experience leading global teams and transformation initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition for software/services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global revenue cycle including revenue recognition, billing, collections, and reporting.
• Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/annual close with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash model from contract review to invoicing and cash application.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales Ops, Legal, FP&A, IT, and regional controllerships.
• Maintain global revenue recognition policies per US GAAP and internal controls.
• Drive standardization, automation, and scalability across revenue-related processes.
