Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced International Program Manager to lead international programs across the full lifecycle, coordinating engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and business development. You will maintain strong relationships with global customers and partners and drive program outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a complex multi-organizational environment, with up to 50% travel to Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant program/project management experience.
• Prior leadership/management experience.
• Prior international experience.
• PM Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within a year.

Responsibilities

• Manage international programs and align with program and company goals.
• Develop strategic plans for global projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee execution of project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with international stakeholders, customers, and partners.
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor and report progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
• Travel internationally and domestically as required.
