Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years.
• An Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience in program/project management.
• Leadership/management experience.
• PM Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within a year.

Responsibilities

• Manage international programs aligning with goals and objectives.
• Develop strategic plans for global projects with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Build relationships with international stakeholders and partners.
• Provide leadership to project teams for high performance.
• Monitor progress and report risks to management.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
• Travel internationally as required.
