Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced International Program Manager to lead the execution of international programs and build customer relationships. You will manage international program activities across the full lifecycle, coordinating execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, business development, and customer organizations to ensure on-time and on-budget outcomes.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel to the Louisville, KY facility. U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years in programs/project management.
• Experience leading international programs and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage international programs across full lifecycle and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts and BD.
• Build strong relationships with international customers and partners.
• Provide leadership to project teams and monitor progress and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
