RTX is seeking an experienced International Program Manager to lead global programs and build strong customer relationships across engineering, operations, and partners. This remote role requires the ability to travel up to 50% to Louisville, KY, and to secure an active U.S.

security clearance before start. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and mitigate risks across international programs.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree with 7–10 years of relevant program management experience.
• Prior experience in program/project management.
• Prior international experience; leadership experience; PM Level 6 within a year.

Responsabilités

• Manage international programs, aligning with program and company goals.
• Develop strategic plans for global projects in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure success.
• Build relationships with international stakeholders through visits.
• Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues; report to management.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
• Travel internationally and domestically as required.
