Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Product Owner Autonomous Coding to lead a clinical software solution focused on medical coding workflows. This remote role communicates with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, improve user experience, and translate customer feedback into measurable product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 8 years of clinical software experience in outpatient facility settings.
• 8 years of medical coding expertise with RHIA/RHIT/CCS/COC certifications are preferred.
• Proficient with SQL, Power BI and Amazon QuickSight for data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into business decisions.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own release planning for product workflow and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead weekly meta-scrum discussions with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct voice-of-customer activities to identify workflow improvements.
• Develop product strategy and long-term roadmap with ROI focus.
• Identify KPIs and track product performance for stakeholders.
• Support business reviews and deliverables, including financial updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on product positioning.
