Job summary

Remote is seeking a Procurement Analyst to lead strategic management, execution, and documentation of our growing procurement process. You will partner with internal stakeholders to onboard, monitor, and if necessary terminate vendor relationships, advise on requirements, and remediate issues.

This full-time remote role reports to Senior Manager Purchase to Pay, with a salary range of €51,700–€58,150 EUR and benefits across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven indirect procurement experience (services and SaaS).
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
• Experience with Coupa Intake & Orchestration is a plus.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently in a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors to secure best pricing aligned with Remote terms.
• Manage procurement process in Coupa with business owners.
• Track and monitor software license renewals for timely renewals.
• Collaborate with Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, Security for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain records of all procurement activities.
• Maintain communication with vendors to address day-to-day issues.
